Return window
Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Starting a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions.
Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and item so we can help promptly.
Refund timing
When payment applies to a fulfilled order, eligible refunds are issued to the original method after the return is inspected.
